Our check in time was 10am. When we reached the hotel, room was not ready. We were asked to stay in waiting area. After half an hour of waiting we entered the room. Bed sheet was not changed. Service was too late.
Behavior of manager was not good. He asked us to check out at 10 Am. As per our booking our time was up-to 12 pm. This is my worst experience in online booking. We didn't get the service as we paid the amount.
