Location good Rooms stinking due to low occupancy and maintenance Food just ok Staff good

Hotel is so unhygienic blanket is unhygienic, bathroom is also.The condition of hotel is not good. in complimentary breakfast there is no arrangement of buffet.

Room is good. Restaurant is also good. Food is nice. Service is prompt. Price is reasonable.

Big and spacious room, washroom clean, working ac but bedsheet and blanket is old also staff is not welcoming.

Our check in time was 10am. When we reached the hotel, room was not ready. We were asked to stay in waiting area. After half an hour of waiting we entered the room. Bed sheet was not changed. Service was too late.
Behavior of manager was not good. He asked us to check out at 10 Am. As per our booking our time was up-to 12 pm. This is my worst experience in online booking. We didn't get the service as we paid the amount.

Worst hotel. Manager behavior was bad.
