the hotel property is good ambience is also nice but customer service is worst water went there is no soap no hair dryer no tea cups every time we have to tell the reception send this that the tv remote was not working the ac was not cooling well

familyNice experience staying at kailash mansarovar, neat n clean big spacious room. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Food was tasty n prompt delivery. Recommended it to everyone. Special mention- manager at reception mr kamlesh took good care of all the guests at the hotel and very good hospitality shown by him.
