Room not good water leaking from ac very bad experience. The bathroom door broken

I didn’t get the room that i was allocated. I had booked 2 bedroom room but they gave only one bedroom room and put extra mattress there.

This room was suggested by my friend. It is easily accessible from railway station or from bus stand

Only problem is, you need to park your vehicle on footpath in front of the hotel.

This hotel is accessible easily, you get auto, taxi etc. All shops, eating out easily accessible. My stay was comfortable, i liked the open space in restaurant, and terrace is also good. I prefer open green place which they gave done in thier roof restaurant and one more floor above the restaurant at terrace. I enjoyed the food in restaurant, tea, tasty pakodas, a loo paratha. Rooms are sufficiently big, neat b clean so as restroom. Staff was helpful. I had to go at 1:39 am, they arranged hotel car and sent one responsible person along-with driver. I liked the care they have given to a single women. Iam reducing 1 point because from room i had asked for water or anything they forget and you have to remind couple of times. Otherwise good place to stay.

Issues with tv / ac / intercom need to solved

No wifi connection, not a single hanger inside the wardrobe, the landline telephone is not working, DTH connection was not available, the bed sheet was very dirty, behind the bed lots of dust accumulated.

Tv was available but tata sky was not working. Ac was available but with cooling issues. Food was very good and tasty. Rest all ok

Washroom is very small, and only two power socket is given.

It was comfortable for me as it was close to my work place.

Hotel staff are friendly but room and food are not a good quality.

Overall my stay was good. Room and linen were clean. Other things like clean towel, mosquito repellent, bathroom essentials were provided.

The room was quite good and I was he facilities were very nice based on price. The staff was very decent and cooperative. But the food provided was not so good. The items were overpriced and the quality was very bad. They were looking good but lacked good taste. Even the water provided was charged.

Well maintained, but there was no complimentary break fast, kitchen is function from 8 to 11 only, No sports channels were available. They were not taken payme t for food through credit/debit card. The hotel is very closed to my place where meeting scheduled ; so you chased the hotel

The staff were courteous and helpful. Check-in and checkout was smooth. We had ordered breakfast at 0430 hrs which was delivered on time. Drawback : We had picked the hotel as we were driving from Delhi to Hyderabad. The parking space provided was not ample.
