I had to change two rooms because of cockroaches, but could not sleep as they kept coming. Cigarette smoke was there all over the lobby and rooms also. Overall a bad experience for me.

Worst experience, untrained and unprofessional staff

We went there to have good weekend but it turned out to be bad experience. Front desk staff were untrained and unprofessional. They informed that breakfast is complementary and later while checkout they quietly included breakfast buffet charges in bill. When we complained they gave silly execuses and did not waive off the charges or gave any compensation. They even gave wrong information about swimming pool not available whereas it was operating till couple of days back. We had booked luxury suite room, even then we got this bad hospitality. I will not recommend it to any of my known people.
