there is no exhaust in washroom and too much bad smell was spreading 🤢 washroom and in bedroom also, leakage of AC pipe on bathroom's head, no cleaning in the room, doors 🔒 lock was not working,very pathetic experience in shree shyam palace hotel, and next I was paid tea amount to hotel's caretaker but he was denied ki paise nhi diye and when I was in train they are continuously calling for extra amount, very very bad experience.

The room was decent. The washroom was decent as well but there were no toiletries or towels in the room. Ac worked fine and the staff was well behaved

businessA very clean and cozy hotel at perfect location n price. Staff is well behaved and friendly. Perfect family hotel for shyam bhakts in economic budget. Recommended for all. Safe for solo women. Well located with all basic facilities

Terrible Stay
Room was very much dirty soap was used kept in bathroom towel given only one in each towel for two adult in each room and towels are colorful not white and giving very much bad smell hotel manager having bad attitude not speak politely and using wrong language and not supportive. I am giving below zero rating and would not advice or recommend to come in this hotel again

We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. I personally have looked into the matter. I accept that there may be some mistake on our part with respect to cleaning issue but our staff will never use any such words which may hurt the devotees of Baba Shyam in any way. Our primary motto is not making money but to serve the devotees of Baba and earn a good name of the area as we are mortal but the name remains. I request you to visit the hotel in person when you visit to Shree Shyam Palace.

Check in was smooth, rooms were clean, there is not many staff, restaurant is average, parking facility outdoor.

Hotel infrastructure and house keeping
No lift. No power backup though power trips very frequent. Room poorly painted. Furnitute below average size and standard. Washroom small below standard size. Mirror and shower never cleaned. They lack mere hospitality. Even don't provide drinking water on arrival. Open air kitchen on highway.

Sir, thank you for the review. Installation of lift is in pipeline. Painting and other small maintenance is already undertaken and you will definitely feel the change on your next visit. With respect to food, i wish to state that we use organically grown wheat at our own fields and all the spices are being ground and we do maintian hygiene standards. Besides, based on the feedback from our guests (mostly devotees) we prefer to cook infornt of the guests & nothing to hide. However, we take your review seriously and will start both the kitchen (inside as well as outside.
