I had a rather disappointing experience during my stay. Initially, I had booked a deluxe room, but due to a non-functional AC, I was shifted to a standard room. The downgrade was unfortunate, and the standard room did not meet expectations. The washroom was quite shabby and could really use better upkeep. On the positive side, the bed, mattress, and bedsheet were clean and comfortable, which made the stay somewhat better. I must commend the hotel staff – they were courteous, prompt, and tried their best to assist, which was appreciated. Overall, the room conditions do not justify the high rates charged.
