Not good for stay

when I went and saw the room it wasn't tidy at all. fan sound is terrible, can't sleep. and so I paid extra 500 to shift to ac room. the water from the ac is returned back to the room in the middle of the night and water flooded in the room. widows open not closed yet. my room no. is 69.

Sorry for the inconvience at that time our room was fully occupied but only one room was vac-cant non ac to ac so at that time we manage and provide you ac room but still you face problem so i am sorry next visit it will not repeat thanks for your valuable feedback
