Will not visit again. TV was not working, lighting was poor and hotel refused to give tax bill.
No tea or coffee machine. Hotel refused to give tax invoice.

Very poor front desk person’s behaviour and laid back services

The front desk person is very rude and unprofessional. The in room service and the kitchen service is very time taking due to less number of staff. My rooms air conditioner, Tata Sky, Geyser was not working. There was no power backup during power cuts. Though I am a regular visitor. I had a pathetic experience this time. Their food quality and services are deteriorating day by day.
