Perfect hotel for business purpose trips or family trips. My experience with GS grand was wonderful as the staff is highly professional and kind providing good hospitality.

Horrible experience, property not maintained, rooms are not of any standard. Room service not available. It seems the hotel is in operation with zero occupancy.

Overall my stay at the Hotel was good. The food also was good. Probably for people having official work in Singrauli area, the location would be good, since it is located on the main Road.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. They have provided can for early morning train. Had stayed here for one night. It's a great stay and service.

Food is decent. However, waiting time is more than an hour. It suited me as it is closest to NCL Hq. Delayed response.
You must wait for an hour for eating if you have placed any order. Service must be improved for faster and responsive.

The ratings I have given is only for its closeness to NCL Singrauli. Service has to be improved for winning the trust of more customers.

Very good hotel to stay, always prefer to stay in GS Grand not only because it is economical but their food quality is very good, rooms are very clean and the best part is their service. Although it is little far from main market but still you get the required things at Hotel.

The room at that cost was awesome. Plus the food quality was decent comparing other restaurant in that location. The location of the hotel is a concern but if you have your own vehicle(which is a must in Singrauli), it would not affect you. Service was good

Don't judge the hotel from outer appearance, Room are good from inside and big enough, but the only problem is hotel is situated at a remote location with a very limited access to the city. Food is good, but do remember before ordering that it would take at least 15-20 min for even a cup of tea. And if you are going for the breakfast inclusive package then you would only get one food item with tea/coffee only, and if you want extra then it would be on chargeable basis, which are not so expensive.

Hotel G. S GRAND is good, in this hotel open place, garden, open and close restaurant are available. Hotel staff and hotel is neat and clean and properly maintained. Hotel staff behaviour is good. Guys are cool.

The location of the hotel is good almost 200 meter away from NCL HQ. Hotel ambient is good but service is not up to the mark, they are only having 2 people for room service that's why they are not able to attend on time delivery.

Location of the hotel is quiet good. Food is very costly in comparison of other hotels. Hotel staff is not much interested in serving guests. Facilities at room in which I was staying was not as it should be.

Good hotel to stay, optimum size of room with basic available facilities. Little far from market but properly located. Food quality is good, maintain cleanliness but improvement required in room service.
