sumit was very nice and cooperative. it was overall good experience, rooms were clean with daily cleaning.

The hotel was located slightly inside and no proper road access due to construction. Rooms were ok and decently maintained. But toilets can get a little better. Hot water is a problem since they have only a small instant geyser.

very remote place, property is in bad shape, only for bachelors, we felt insecure, and no proper road also

The location and address of the hotel is incorrect It is located 4.2 kms from the railway station that to on the outer side of the city and 1.2 kms from the main highway in a isolated location. Even a proper approach road is not there . As per it is located 1.2 Kms from the railway station towards the city side in housing board colony. It is the fault of the make trip in providing the wrong location on its while selecting the hotel. Since the address is correct on the booking voucher that I recived after making the payment and confirming the booking . That to on the basis in case of cancelation no refund will be done. Make my trip is liable for providing the wrong information before booking. The snap shot of the same from attached for the same. The room that was provided in the name of the so called Super DELUXE. There were two entrance for the wash room one from my room and one from the reception ( which few people used in the night time also ) The washroom window was open and the room was full of mosquitoes. It will be better that corrects the location As it affects reputation in providing the incorrect information from the web site. I have been using make my trip on regular basis It was the WORST experience of all.

I regret booking this hotel. From the moment i arrived, everything was disappointing. Both rooms had one bathroom, no car parking, no hot water.

The room was not good. The property assistant was arguing to adjust the room as it is. And the bed sheet was not there. Soap not provided sampoo not provided lift not there the location provided was not correct. 8km away away from actually location
