Thank you for your kind words about our hotel! Sorry to hear about the electricity disturbance during your stay. We want to assure you that it wasn't an isolated issue with our hotel - the entire area experienced a sudden power outage. We ran our DG set for 2 days straight, but due to technical limitations, we had to switch it off for a few hours. Although the ACs weren't functioning during that time, our inverters ensured other essential services remained operational. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoyed your stay despite the inconvenience.

Nice Stay.
I had a nice stay at the hotel. Room Service staffs were friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and Food quality is not great but not bad either. Location is little away from the main town but easily accessible by auto.

Horrible experience. In breakfast they provide us rotten food items. In my booking breakfast is included, but I have reminded them so many times, then only it was served.

Excellent Stay
Peaceful ambience, helpful staff, good food and neat and clean rooms. Have been to Jorhat so many times, stayed in multiple hotels but this one is so far the best one. The staff and management especially are very professional and eager to help. Most recommended

Terrible Stay
Hotel Serene Park management should learn how to provide service , They don't have proper service boy ,Food was pathetic ,in breakfast they serve Poori with Dal and as per them they did not provide milk tea in complementary breakfast .They don't have main dinner items for dinner . they don't provide dentel kit (but they mentioned it on booking). Know guidance on parking ,they woke up us on 12.30pm to Relocate the vehicle in parking place . Not Suitable for Family .they did not clean the room for two days even did not ask you. Best for only bachelor's They should change their cook ,the cook doesn't know how to prepare Bread toast ..........

location good food average water supply is continuously interrupted. rooms are congested. cupboards are not maintained. linens are old, unclean. behaviour is very good. overall experience is stressful mainly because of water supply issue. needs a serious upgradation in maintenance.
