Location is good...but room was pathetic with respect to the price paid...no ventilation..no window...stay was suffocating..food was OK...

most worst service. I'm talking about service & cleaningness. Everything...

Good stay near INDIA BHUTAN gate.Food they are offering also good & tasty. They have vegetarian menu options only.

Positives: The Wi-Fi connection was good. The owner/manager was very cooperative and helpful. Location is excellent Food was delicious Areas for Improvement: The rooms were very congested. Ventilation was poor. The fan was operating slowly. The shawl provided was not clean. There was no hot water available in the bathroom. One of the rooms did not have an intercom. No staff was available in the morning to assist with luggage. Basic toiletries such as toothpaste, toothbrush, comb, and powder were not provided. One of the rooms did not have lockers for bags. The TV service had not been recharged.

The rooms were good, but they took 1 hr to turn on the geyser, and the food service was like real slow , mostly due to lack of staff.

Very nice stay. Just in front of the border. Good room. Behaviour of everyone is impressive. Very good veg restaurant. In-room service is available.

Bed sheet, blanket, pillow cover were dirty. Washroom geyser and shower not working. Food quality not upto mark.

It was a good stay only the size of the deluxe room is too small and found water leaking in the toilet

The property is very close to the bhutan gate and main market. Food is very delicious with reasonable rate. Amenities provided was same as describe during booking. Staffs are soft spoken, helpful and provided excellent hospitality. Rooms are neat and clean. Nice place to stay with family.

Very good place to stay if you looking to visit phuentsholing in bhutan. The bhutan gate is visible from the hotel. Pedestrian crossing is in the side and just 3 minute walk from the hotel. The owner/manager of the hotel is an amazing person and very helpful. If i visit bhutan again this will be the place i stay. The hotel food is also very good.

Hotel is situated very near to bhutan border at jaigaon in good location. Bathroom is neat and clean. Hotel staffs are very friendly. This is a very good hotel.

The hotel was super clean. The service was amazing. There is a cool common balcony with bhutan’s view. Definitely recommend staying here!

Hotel satyam is a wonderful place to stay. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are really comfy and nice. The food is delicious too. Bhutan boarder is just a 100 meters walk from the hotel.

Hotel with only bare minimum facilities and can only be used for night staying purpose. They give you non ac rooms on booking but do not explicitly mention it so watch out while booking your room. Staff were helpful but with attitude. There are other better hotels like barsana with better facilities and amenities

Room was okay for the price. All the amenities were present. The only thing they need to improve was the ambience and cleanliness of rooms.

Room was good but it's bathroom was not at all satisfactory. Water was leaking. There was no arrangement for heating of room though weather was cold.

I will start by saying the host are really nice people. But the rooms suck! i have stayed here 2 times. Mainly because there aren't many choices in jaigaon. Both rooms were very loud. The rooms have 3 windows and all of them are e covered by a wiremesh. That also means that you hear everything. And this place is loud. You even hear the people in other rooms loud and clear. The bed and bathrooms are horrible. The floor is sticky and dirty. Look at the pictures. Avoid this if tou can.
