Review Of HOTEL SATYAM INN(Ginger Restaurant)

Had a comfortable stay at Hotel Satyam Inn. Clean rooms, friendly staff, good location. Definitely recommend for a pleasant experience.

Easily found property location. Food is good I got All amenities like big hotel . Everything is good

Cockroaches are in room n toilet. No TV working. No timely breakfast. Electric Socket damage could be electric shock to guests. Staff service not good due to manpower shortages

Not provided the facility as mentioned so it's so expensive . Staff was confused about services and all .

simple room , hygiene not upto the mark, washroom were dirty , no other facilities available..no tea kettle... breakfast was included in teriff but hotel provide it after a long discussion

just Average room no other facilities available.washroom was not cleaned , no tea kettle available,...tv was not working, breakfast was included in teriff but it took near one hour by hotel staff to provide breakfast that was after too much arguments and discussion.....felt hotel was not interested in giving breakfast

Food was okay but the rooms are very unhygienic, geyser wasn’t working either, coolest this is they also doesn’t provide sleepers “you need to carry of your own “.!!

Its was the average stay overall, staff is very nice and polite that i appreciate. Cleanliness is the area where there us great room to improve.

Horrible experience, rooms were old, broken toilet seats, bed was not full size. I had ordered for 2 rooms with 1 room for 3 adults, but they did not had a large bed to accommodate. I had paid for 3 adults, so ideally they should have accommodated by providing a larger room. Rooms are also small. Even towels and bed were dirty. I don't think so they were following any covid sanitization of rooms. Terrible stay.

The food of the restaurant here is really excellent.

Sandeep at front desk was helpful & always ready to serve. Restaurant is good. Rooms are basic, don't expect anything fancy, bathrooms are very outdated and need an urgent overhauling. Bed linen needs to be upgraded. Pratapgarh has other staying options too, but i will visit this property again as the staff is cheerful & always eager to please. I stayed for 3 night in november end.

Hotel good, restaurants is very good and room facilities super. Hotel market place near station near bus stand.

Normal hotel in town. Very nicely. No ambiance was there.

Average hotel. No heater was there. Washroom water tab not working.
