Very poor in reaction, i was shocked when i saw the room it was not cleaned, bed sheet was used one and teared also, toilet was not cleaned for long time, flush was not working, light inside was very low, no mirror found, breakfast was not ready till 8:30 so we went out

The worst hotel seen, unable to understand why and in which basis you had added this in your list. Even basic facilities not available, no higine manintained, dirty be sheets, dirty rooms, hanging cables here and there, wet bathroom, zero hospitality by hotel staff. Actually you have to reimburse my amount back to me as compensation. Highly disgraceful services
