Review Of Hotel Samrat Palace

Our stay at smart palace was incredibly disappointing. And the shared location was different from the actual location of hotel. The room was noticeably dirty with stained linens, the bathroom had a lingering unpleasant odor, and the staff are completely uninterested in addressing our concerns about the poor condition of the room. We would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere due to the lack of basic cleanliness and inadequate customer service.

Good stay. The location of the hotel is nearby Jepheri Railway Station. The room and washroom were very small but they were neat and clean. The staff was polite and helpful. The service of the hotel was very quick. The TV was functioning well.

It was easy to locate the hotel and the area was peaceful. The hotel was recently opened, the room OK type. The room was neat and clean. The washroom was neat and clean. The staff was not professional. The problem was we reached late night at 9:30 pm, which was already informed to the hotel but still they delayed in providing us dinner.
