waste of money, pillow cover not clear, window curtain also dirty and damaged, room also smelling like garbage waste of services not happy with hotal staff they talking like don

Hotel was located in remote place we faced difficulty in locating the area and hotel staff were not that cooperative to guide. There was no lift facility and wash were not clean. I have to carry my own luggage till second floor with children's felt discomfort. There was no room service available so we did not order any food.

tv was not working, pillows were dirty, blanket has holes in it andbeds was dirty

very unorganised hotel and staff not a clean rooms or beds in 24 hours 3 to 4 hours light will be off. ac not working property bed not organised well maintain on bed so many hairs are present

Location is good, Management is ok, They need to give clean laundry service for the Bedsheet and pillow covers.
