washroom not clean and hotel staff is not supporting long time waiting after that we have receive the room check

I recently stayed at this property which I found on the MakeMyTrip app. The location is excellent — just a 5-minute walking distance from Sai Mandir and situated on the main road, which makes all basic facilities easily accessible. The property also has ample parking space and a working lift, which adds to the convenience. The breakfast provided was good and satisfying. However, the hotel service could definitely be improved. For example: Drinking water was not available in the room. There was no electric kettle provided. There was drainage leakage in the washbasin area. If these small issues are resolved, the overall experience can be much better.

room are not good & Bathroom was dirty room door lock is broken door the hotel name is sai laxmi palace but it's like normal room sorry but I can't go again this hotel 😕

It was a great experience while at shridi, got last minute deal and was able to check in easily. Had good sleep and darshan too. Jai sai ram.

The room was not ready and had to wait for more than half an hour before check in. The room was of a fair size but the bed sheets and towels were dirty. The thread of basin tap was worn out & leaking. Toilet flush system was not very effective. No water bottle was supplied to the room; had to ask for. No intercom was available to contact the reception. Request makemytrip team to intermittently verify conditions of hotels & rooms, as shirdi is a popular tourist destination and a lot of people must be booking rooms through you.

Tv not working inspite of compliant not attended till i vacated. Pest problem. Location okay. No intercom. Every time we have to call the reception from mobile.

Stay was excellent, hot water was available, cleanliness superb, the management and staff is undoubtedly very good. Room service was not satisfactory

This is affordable stay near to temple. Management is kind and polite. I reached 2 hours early before check-in time and requested for early check-in. They help us and allotted room for us.

Located at a good location, with a clean room, great and friendly staff their restaurant is also good.

Allocated room is in worst condition and in bathroom there is water leakage which will be not suitable for parents. So i won’t recommend this room for family. I have vacated in 20 minutes. I have conveyed same to property owner and he is ok with refund.

Good property, 2-4 min walkable distance to Baba Temple, cleanness of room and wash room are good👍, staff also good behavior, totally happy😊
