Good with service provided. Stay was good and satisfying. Hotel was in good decent location.

Overall the experience in the hotel was average but mostly due to the receptionist. The experience with staff was mixed, on one hand the person at the reception was extremely polite and nice on the other hand another staff, not so courteous as when i requested for some plates and cutlery ( the restaurant doesn't have inhouse restaurant and they allow outside food) he stopped me and asked me to take it and go instead of delivering to the room. Not a deal breaker though. The room was ok but most of the items mentioned as available on MMT aren't there ( eg, electronic safe, dining table, child safety socket covers, mosquito net, balcony, induction cooker). I genuinely believe the room i had selected and paid for wasn't the room we were given but as it was just for a night stay I did not make it an issue. Overall average experience but as the room paid for wasn't given while checking it it did leave a bad taste.

The location and the hotel is very good. The room was clean and comfortable breakfast was average.

It was ok stay. Buffet was not so good. One has to order food from other restaurant for dinner. Room was good.

The hotel was good and clean. It was recently renovated hence decor and amenities are good. There was some confusion during our check-in about our mm t booking. Because we were their first guest who had booked online so they were more surprised. This got sorted within 20mins and we got our room keys. The staff at the reception and overall very were polite and helpful. They don't have a kitchen however they can arrange the food from the nearby restaurants which only serves punjabi food. When traveling with child or elderly this could be a problem. The problem was when our parents and my child wanted to have some tea time snacks and there was nothing much on the menu. But the location is as such that their are restaurants nearby. Overall it was a good experience.
