The locks of the room was not working properly.there was no shower in the bathroom. Beds were stinking saw cockroach roaming on the bed . The breakfast if you ask more its chargeable .beverages like tea coffee were chargeable in the added breakfast terrible experience

Property images on MakeMyTrip website are different from actual and shocked to see the actual room, very disappointing ..! Cleanliness is poor. Rooms provided for family are smoking rooms and suffocating. Bedspread provided are torn ones. Amount charged for breakfast is higher as single dish was provided with add ons with extra payables.

They are clear and adjust the rules if convenient. staff was helpful. so was room service. it's an old hotel but energy of room was good and I had peaceful sleep for 6 nights. would recommend this hotel who are on budget. really nice place to stay in shirdi. om sai Ram
