The owner of the hotel is a good person, he cooperates but the staff is not good, he was asking for money for the complimentary Bisleri water bottle of the super deluxe room,

It was good to be there , the stay was decent . The staff was good and it was couple friendly , have parking space too

Stay was clean. Receptionist was available from early morning till late night. That was helpful. One issue was that lift was not available. Had to climb 3 flight of stairs

The hotel was right next to the railway station. It was clean but some repair works were going on during our stay. The food menu was not that good. Also, there was no lift in the hotel. Good for one-night stay.

Stay was comfortable. Only thing was that the hotel did not have an elevator so if you have luggage plan accordingly. The washroom was clean but it could be better. There is a scope of improvement.
