Price is charge by MakeMyTrip is very high the room is not justify for this price I stay in many 5 star property in this price I ask to the hotel reception he say to me is you pay very high price for this room

Food is ok Location is good Facilities There was a leakage in washroom, I told them.to rectify that

It was not as per pictures showed washroom was also very small and cleanliness was not upto mark....

Rooms are totally not managed, full of insects, dust, lift in terrible condition, complementary water bottle having terrible bad smell. Not value for money

The hotel was very good, the room was clean and the staff were also very polite and helpful. The food was awesome.

Location walkable to Saibaba temple but Auto Preferable to commute, Satisfactory Food, Staff courteous & helpful, Safe with family, Room AC working, Wash room OK with hot & cold water, Inhouse Restaurant.

Location is very good. Nice Stay. Service was good. Food was quite expensive. They have to work on it to provide quality and testy food. They can hire well experienced shelf. Overall the stay was nice.

Good location, smooth check-in process, rooms were so so.... rooms were not cleaned , linens not changed during our entire duration of stay(3 nights), washroom so so.... didn't tried their food... because we were on a tight schedule with adavance booking done and paid so didn't shifted to other hotel....it's a basic chalu hotel...not fit for ***star as rated by Make My Trip portal...it's misleading

We were greeted with a warm welcome. The staff went the extra mile by sprinkling flowers on us as we entered the lobby, which was a unique touch. It immediately set a positive tone for the stay. The room was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Overall, everything about the room was perfect for relaxation. However, the one downside was the lack of space for hanging or storing clothes. There was no closet or wardrobe. There wasn’t much space to keep luggage or unpack.

Food was very bad they charge us 1000 rs for thali, also charge for water bottle rooms quality also not good

Good hotel stay. Good food and room service. Rooms are good and big enough. Hotel is only 5mins walk to shirdi temple.

Rooms are not as good as shown in the pictures. Cockroaches in the room, washrooms are not neat. Water bottles are of local brand. Also the cost is much less if it is booked over the counter. It’s not worth for that price.

I visited the sai temple. I chose hotel sai chhatra to stay in, primarily because i had stayed there when i came to shirdi last year and had felt good about it. I liked the ambience of the hotel, the courtesy of the support staff, the facilities provided. It had a tie up with a travel point which offered competitive prices for various travel plans.

When i came to the room and asked if it was not clean, the hotel did not give a big response. Do not stay in the room.
