Poorly maintained hote

soloThe room was very bad. Both the room and bathroom was very shabby. I don't think they have changed the sheets for days together. The towel they provided had stains of guthka, wasn't even washed. Even after complaining they just moved the floor bit did not change the linen. There is no maintenance. Even hotels that charge half the rate have better neatness. Will not recommend the property

We checked into this matter specifically the customer himself poured coffee in whole room apart from this the room is well maintained.

At reception lack of communication and not proficient. Asked me to come with a printout of bill for stamp as printer was out of order. Leakage in the wash basin. No foot mats at bed.

We had a delay in communication from MMT also the printer lagged but the invoice was sent also we have asked for the address so the same can be couriered. No leakage in the wash basin was found.

Ok for stay, don’t pay for the food

The room is quite sufficient for two people. However, the food and services are not good. The bathroom windows are broken, not maintaining the room clean and the service staff is not respectful.

The stay was good. Hotel ambience, staff is good and so was hygine. But had a very bad experience with cab serives provided by hotel's cab service partner bhute professional car rental service. Actually they are cheaters n not professional. We had hired his swift desire at rs. 12- per km. But at the end of day while making payment started asking more money sayng we have to pay rs. 13/km as we have used car ac. Also started asking thousand rs extra for other charges like driver meal chrges. And after confronting him he started arguing n his driver started abusing us n even threatened us.
