Rooms are clean and service was really good

Place is not for family, had bugs/cockroaches rooming around, broken electrical fan which only face to one direction wall, fan don't have knobs to change speed, mosquito repellent don't have any liquid, lights were not getting turned off. Wall has leakages signs.

The place is dirty as hell. Condoms outside window. Bedsheets were dirty, pillows had stains. But on requesting they changed the covers and gave a extra bedsheets. Somewhat clean! the basin toothbrush holder had used paper soap. Also hairs around the sink! the commode cover would fall down and not stay open! no tea or coffee in the morning.

Stay was good. Service was good. But the shower in bathroom was broken and there was no water in the basin tap. Currents went off often. Overall the stay was good

This hotel is located about 3 kms away from Panhala Fort area. You can even manage to walk to the fort (moderate level of walking required). Manager Mahavir was awesome and a genuine person. Hospitable and always ready to go extra mile to make it better for his customers.

Location is good and the view is decent but the food service was very late and required frequent calls
The hygiene standards were very poor, the room service was not prompt including the water heater and provision of refreshments asked, the quality of the rugs, towels provided were very poor and the rooms were not sanitised well. There were no temperature checks or sanitisers kept

Beautiful location calm and cool, very good staff and tasty food. Near to Fort

Cleanliness 8/10. Food 7/10, they lack variety in the menu. Staff behavior 8/10. Overall good place to stay and relax. Rooms and toilets are clean. If you want decent place to stay this place is good but don't go with resort kind of expectation as it's a basic hotel without swimming pool, gym etc.

Independent Villa, species room, food is ok but can customised.
