The hotel is located in a good location and rooms are well cleaned but the size of the room is very small

Very clean and conveniently located near the railway station and bus stop. The staff is very particular about cleanliness, which I really appreciated. I will definitely prefer this hotel for my future visits to Surat. Breakfast, could have been better.

As they mention room size is 110 sq ft.. but it’s very smal on the spot … there is no soap brush towel in the hotel …

👉Hot water was not available since 30mints. 👉Very oily Breakfast. 👉 Packege Drinking water was not available. 👉4/5 times calls to receptionist but not responding at the time. 👉Very less space of room. 👉A.C was not working properly. 👉Very Dirty out side of windows. 👉 Dustbin was not cleared.

Hotel was good, seemed renewed. Location nearby residential area, Only Breakfast was available, Service of staff was good. Hotel needs to improve on room cleanliness and hygiene.

The property was very pretty aesthetic food was top notch They were having supportive staff members This hotels is so beautifully arranged and cleaned that hats off to them loved the experience at devik apart It's literally the best hotel Staying alone as a woman was amazing

The room was small & unclean, washbasin leakage ,bathroom was not clean , TV not working properly then change TV set , very unprofessional hospitality, food breakfast no have any more options, location for me 0 , food,0, amenities 0, service 0, all areas of service are 0 for this property.

During my stay I satisfied with service even staff behaviour also to too good... food with great taste 😀

Well although the hotel is near to the station and cheap at price. But then don’t expect anything further. No ac working in the room. And the room service couldn’t do anything about it. Not much staff. No service at breakfast. I wouldn’t recommend next time to anyone.

When i checked-in at the hotel room i found lots of ladies hair everywhere in the room. Also i asked to send someone for the tv no one has come on the same day. The breakfast room is occupied by pigeon. You will get pigeon smell at breakfast time.

Hotel rooms were neat and clean. Service wise hotel is good. Breakfast served is delicious worth staying as per cost. I would give a 4 star to this hotel.

Only 1 towel in room no bucket in washroom
