room is not properly clear. washroom door not close from outside 216 room.other room 312 door is open from one side. I give 4.5/10

Need to control pests inside the room, and properly washed bedsheets, covers etc.

I went there but they decided to allocate a room. We had reached at midnight and they denide. this is one more worst experience from this application too...

Had an overall good stay at HRR Everything was pleasant and met expectations.

I want to complain

The hotel is quite close to Aurangabad railway station. They don't provide food, as of now, but outside food is allowed. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, there was hot water facility - overall very satisfied with our stay.

It was an easy to find location, near the railway station, the services and amenities were very good.

Not worth the money. Room is moderately clean. Staff is friendly. No hot water before 5am. Its closer to station.

Stay at hotel royal regency was comfortable and smooth. All staff members are courteous and attended to all basic requirements

Room and washroom both was dirty. Very small room just like not more than 500 per night but they charged 1150 per night. Location also not good. No restaurant near even not in hotel. Service also very poor they don’t provide even bislery water. Staff also not good. Dont book otherwise you guys cheated.

Behavior of the manager is good and cooperative. Staffs are very gentle. Position of the hotel is very closed to railway station. But no restaurant is attached with this hotel. Near by many shops and restaurants are there. Bathrooms/washrooms need to more modernise. Non ac room charge is slightly high according to the facilities. Exhaust fan is needed in the wash room. Electric cattle should be provided in the room as there is no restaurant available for all time tea and coffee.

No room service in hotel and restaurant is closed permanently. No waiter there for lifting luggage

A very budget friendly hotel stay with clean rooms and good service. I would definitely recommend Royal Regency Hotel for families and married couples as it is safe and best in the budget. We had a great time for our 1 days stay over here👍

Good stay and reasonable price, also near to important tourist places cons : pillows and bedsheets are not clean
