Rooms are clean.Behaviour of hotel staffs are polite and helpful in nature.

everything is good . Superior room and cleaned. bathroom and bedroom are cleaned. only problem is no space for car parking

overall good. vehicle parking should be inside the property. construction work under progress. Good stay near the market place.

Location wise it is near to main road ,which is well accessible and anyone can reach there by walking 500m distance.Service is very good. I am happy by staying here.

The stay at this hotel was a very horrible experience. The construction work was going on there, so we couldn't stay peaceful inside the room. The workers used to throw those bags of cement, & the dust of it was entering into the room making it so dusty. & due to hammering sound on wall we were unable to sleep. There was no propor water supply at washroom, every-time we needed to call reception for the same. No restaurant or kitchen was there. They used to bring our breakfast from outside(as it was complementary. The hotel owner must shut down the hotel while construction work is on & open once it done

First room size is very small according to price range, second is service is issue like water bottle.

Hotel royal plaza is a hotel situated in the serene and silent beauty of the small hill station phulbani, odisha, the stay was there an amazing experience with full hospitality and all sorts of required facilities.

Location- near prime market area food- no in house service except tea & coffee hygiene & safety- fairly good
