The stay was not pleasant as the room was a little dirty and the service was not good at all and the behaviour of the receptionist was not good and non cooperative.

The stay was bad, house keeping was not good toilet were not good. Price was high as compared to stay. But location was good. Overall price can't be justified according to resources

The behaviour of the staff is friendly, the room was clean and hygiene, but at this price range hotels provide tv, wifi but there are none of these facilities available. And the food quality is below average. Bed is quite hard

The hotel was on the 1st floor & didn't have a lift. The room was not at all similar to the picture which was posted, rooms were very small, light was frequently cut off, tv was not working, shower was not working, in fact the bed was slightly broken from the middle & room was not at all hygienic.

The property looks horrible both inside and outside. Rooms are dirty, unhygienic and poor maintenance. Washrooms are a big disappointment. Provide down class service. Name of amenities they are providing nothing. Pictures are on the platform are completely different from the reality a horrible experience.

Room was not cleaned also bathroom is so dirty. No. Ac remote is not working. Breakfast quality is very bad. Not a good hotel for family.

Good property to stay here. It has been a good experience to stay here. All services are good. Ac tv and cleaning parts are very good

Worst hotel in my life

Experience was extremely horrible on the whole. Unprofessional staff, no hygiene maintained. The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed. The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness. Had one of the worst experience in my life. Staff are terrible. Front desk guys were worst and indifferent. Rooms are of worst quality.

No packaged water bottle was available, bathroom was not very clean, no breakfast service. Good food, working ac are a thumbs up.

The overall experience is good but the bathroom looks old and not too clean but the staff is good and service is well

Property is located on nh 55, inside the town in a highly polluted stretch. Cleanliness, reception and guest welcoming were poor. No drinking water in room, no tea in the attached restaurant in morning, no intercom in room.

Stay was average. Visit this hotel by carrying soap and towel, all other things were good. Good food, amazing staff.

Dirty rooms and no lift, ac wasn't working properly. No tv, dirty bathroom. Cozy rooms. Restaurant was closed.

In one word word we can say, extraordinary service. Super-fast service, we need not to wait in reception for long time. Within a minute they allocating room.

The hotel was not organised properly and no cleaning was there for the bathroom and room. Sometimes, i feel safety issue as well.

Hotel is not good at all. No room service, no tv, no water.
