Poor Stay
First of all, location of the hotel is in the dirty part of the city. Rooms of hotel palace were stinking like anything. Mattresses were very old and were spring type. I booked the rooms with breakfast but in the morning they bought breakfast from the street vendors and served us. In all it was worst experience for staying in this hotel. Makemytrip must remove these types of hotels from their list. Thanks. No

Poor Stay
I have worst experience to stay in royal palace the reason is room windows broken and covered with paper. The most horrible is room full of mosquitoes due to broken windows. I don’t recommend to choose this hotel to stay in port blair.

Terrible
familyGuys this is the worst hotel i have ever seen. There are termite in bed rooms. Tv not working. Dirty bathrooms. Overall, do not get misguided by pictures of hotel room only.

Hotel closed on arrival
On arrival, we found the hotel closed and contact no switched off. On several enquiry in neighbourhood, we found contact no of the md and then he shifted our booking to other hotel.

Good Stay
Centrally located staff polite and well behaved housekeeping needs improvement changing of towels not done on daily basis no mineral water is given only RO water food we had taken very few times but was ok.

Hotel Royal Palace not good option for stay
I choose standard ac room but at time of check in low quality room provided. Room atmosphere not fresh, spider on bed and Bath room also. Bathroom condition very bad. After completing room was change but bathroom condition was same in both room.

Very very average service
Stayed for one night. Ac was barely working. We complained but they said it it will get cold soon, it never did enough. We kept asking for a door mat for the bathroom but didn't get one. Room was spacious and had one double bed and a single bed which served our purpose. Didn't take any food at the Hotel, so not able to comment. Hotel is close to Aberdeen bazaar but in a wholesale market street. Elevator was working fine.

Pathetic service
familyHotel was very untidy and bathroom water were spilling over floor inside the rooms. Beds were not comfortable. Staffs were not cleaning the rooms properly. Management were not responding to the concerns
