Review Of Hotel RK Grand Lucknow

I have booked through MMT , and even i reached the hotel they refused to give me room because i have booked it through MMT by saying we are not accepting online booking. They have highly unprofessional stuffs and management

Very bad hotel , cleaning is zero , They do not allow family mates to enter in hotel and will never book such hotel also please ask them to hang a board with there terms and conditions before entering the hotel

Location is good, food quality average, amenities are average they are serving only biscuit and tea in the name of complimentary breakfast hygiene is need some improvements.

Service of hotel is very poor, No TV, No lift, food delivery is very late approx 1 hr 30 min is waiting time after order, I have booked with breakfast but at the time of checkout Amount added in bill, water geyser not having power I have to request them to on it

Hotel is different then shown in pictures no tv installed in rooms, no room is deluxe size but they claimed deluxe room , staff is very bad specially that guy who is running day to day businesses over there. This hotel doesn’t qualify for dharamshala

It's a very comfortable journey

The hotel is located god knows in what village sector no easy transport no maps location nothing was there in the room
