Good property in the city. Food quality is also good. Staff is cooprative

very nice hotal and staff. cleaning facilities are also very good.

Location is ok amenities very poor or below poor services poor at cost of 4000 plus, using best suit, most expensive room they offer is pathetic, worst hotel i have stayed, even 5 star budget hotels you can get room @ 5000 plus, this was the most shady and bad hotel have every stayed. Bathroom with no shower, most ugly jacuzzi with no shower, room without any window, staying in a box with only few lights, fans if you you switch on makes horrible noises and appears will fall down any momemt. You can hear the noise of people from next room even if someone opens a tap, worst experience of my travel history of 35 years. If any option is given, i would have asked for a refund from mmt.

Stayed for one night. The location is excellent. Hotel staff are nice. Room service was good but it had old window ac. Bathroom was neat andd clean

the room even didn't have a lock I am unable to lock room through out whole trip. the sound of AC was so much loud I can't even sleep properly whole night the room was also not up to mark as per price given 😕

Hygine not good, intercom not working, bath towels were stinking. The service quality needs a lot of improvement as per the present day situation.

Stayed in a double bed room. The room size is small, but manageable. Can't move around freely. The bathroom was very clean. Shower and heater were very good. Plenty of autorickshaws are available outside. We had buffet breakfast and the food was good. Did not have lunch or dinner in the hotel.

My family had a pleasant stay at rivoli with good food and a great room. I would recommend this hotel to all families visiting rohtak.

The room was amazing, polite staff, good food. It was clean and tidy. The tv didn't work but besides that everything was fine.

Stinking toilet and room smelling badly and had dirty linen. Staff at reception not adequately trained and not very sincere towards their duties. Lot of scope for improvement.

This was good stay and quality of food was also good.

The hotel was conveniently located near shilea bypass. The room i selected was big and clean. The bedding was comfortable. However, the room and washroom weren't well-ventilated. There was some smell in the washroom which didn't went away even after keeping the exhaust on. Overall stay was okay. We had breakfast in the morning which was also just okay.

No temperature check protocol has been followed by hotel staff. Rooms were also not cleaned on time. Room wallpapers were damaged.

Hotel is just opposite of it's popularity and charges. I can get better room in less amount. Not so worth to stay. We stay there so that we can relax there but the bed is so bad that we can't sleep full night. Very disappointed by room quality. Food service is good but late. Quality of food is ok
