Good Stay
Off the main road, well maintained property and supportive staff. breakfast , lunch dinner if included in the package is outsourced from a neighborhood restaurant at no extra cost. wish to have fresh and hot food you may travel to the restaurant (800 mts) and have there with a voucher provided by the Hotel. located close to chatram bus stand, shri Rangam temple and number of places within couple of kms. sundara moorthi, the house keeper and the go to man for all your requirment, was very supportive in providing services on real time basis. recommend for family and business stay.

Smoking Smel
I went with my family members for a total 5 adults and 1 kid (3 years) old. took 2 rooms. Everything good , only issue we faced was smoking smell in the room . used by previous people who stayed in the room. Even after requesting multiple times it couldn't be resolved by the manager . stayed for 2 days in the Hotel

It's a very simple budget property. Only the name is grand n suite. It's a simple service aptmt. Ideal for 1n stay. Locality s only plus n close to temples. Suite room was good for family. Delux s v small

Misguiding location.
Air conditioning was not working and location was difficult to find. In the Google map it shows in Tirchy main road but it was 1 km away from where it has been marked. Also the food was not prepared in the hotel, asking the customer to reach a nearby hotel to avail the food with their coupon.

Okay for the budget
The location is close to Chaitram bus stop. You can chose to walk. The rooms are small, but okay for the budget.

Average Stay
The building and the service looks decent. The location is not close to food or other accessory services like auto etc. Unless you have your own vehicle, this is OK. Otherwise, the connectivity to the building by road is poor unless you have your own vehicle. Hiring auto service will charge almost double the amount as the building is in a small road far away from the main road. Also the availability of auto is very very very limited unless you ask the receptionist to get one.

Best Hotel in Trichy in my opinion

Terrible Stay
The hotel was not grand or a suite.It had false advertising stating it is located opposite a bus stand whereas it was actually located deep inside a residential community that had no local transport nearby. It had a rude receptionist and shady helper who had no sense of personal space. The room itself was badly maintained with stained walls and sheets. The room was ill prepared for a stay with not even the air conditioning turned on. While waiting for the receptionist to 'fix' the a/c I made the mistake of opening the windows in the room - they looked out into a open sewer and that helper yelled at me for daring to open the windows which were covered with brown paper! The hotel did not even have a restaurant and they could not even serve a cup of coffee as they needed to buy it from outside. I have no idea how they were offering free breakfast!!! I checked out of that hotel immediately and did not even stay there for an hour. We ended up making another booking in a nearby hotel for the night just to avoid staying in this shady hotel. So much so two rooms booked in this shady hotel hosted in your site were paid for but never used. That hotel did not deserve the amount we paid - they totally cheated us. I regret using your site.
