The Hotel is The only one located on The bank of Lake. Very clean, calm and spacious. Staff is great and serves you with smile and etiquette. Food tastes like home cooked. No non veg allowed.

Serene quiet location. Enjoyed staying for a night

We reached at Hotel Renuka in the evening on 27th Dec 2019. We had prepaid for our hotel stay. When we reached hotel, no one at reception for our check-in, light problem, water problem. Had to run up and down the staircase to follow-up for electricity and water. Only 3-4 staff was there in peak season. Location is really good but it has to be maintained in a professional way.

Hotel Renukaji 's location is good but behaviour of the staff is rude. This was my second visit at this place and the behaviour was same. Maximum food item mentioned at the menu card is not available, specially there is no sweet dish available at the restaurant. They were trying to hide their defect while serving Kadi to us, the manager or other officials are not available for 24 hours and their place is taken by the serving boys of The restaurant, as a result, there is no one to look after the audacity of these people. Both the rooms we booked had a defective intercom which was replaced at late night that too it was not working properly. There is no free stay for the driver's you have to pay for their stay.

The hotel is under renovation. No cable network. No intercom. Horrible stench. Couldn't stay even for one day. Checked in at 12 pm and left at 5 pm.

Excellent hospitality and best place for nature lovers. We had a great time with family.

The Hotel is quite peaceful and offers a beautiful view of The Lake. The staff is quite complacent and nice. The experience was good

The Hotel offers a picturesque location. Meals on menu are freshly prepared and courteously served. Really a wholesome experience.

Lakeview rooms are spacious. Food is good. There is no power back up. We had bad experience on this.

The building is old. Lot of broken things like ac, bathroom fittings, bedsheets with holes. The staff service is average. The only good thing is The location.

Hotel location is good but as its government owned so it's not properly maintained ac not working properly bathrooms taps not working properly cleaning is average
