Every thing is worst and the Management is more worse

door lock was not working properly, pillows were dirty , pls change those pillows

The property was good and clean, it was easy to find the property, close connectivity from the metro

I had the worst experience with the hotel. The staff was non-cooperative, and they did not provide the amenities mentioned in the booking . I booked tand even called them, but they did not help me either. It was a horrible experience.

It was a very bad experience i have instead oh relax in hotel it was a shopping complex have a room in side. It was late night so i was not supposed to change and go any. Other place at night. Now it's difficult to believe on makemytrip

I did not stay there, i got scammed. It was catfish hotel (not even hotel but it was a room constructed on 5 floor of a shaddy building, there were 7-8 boys standing and staring and it was very uncomfortable and unsafe place. I had very hard time as i did not had any other place to stay and had to travel back 30 km to my home back. I had a female college with me and she got really uncomfortable. I reported same and no action is taken. I am using makemytrip from last 2-3 years and have book multiple hotels, this time i got scammed. I don’t know how that place is listed as a hotel. I got scammed. I wont use makemytrip again

Outstanding service and quality. The owners have an attention to detail and care! My room had everything I could possibly need, hairdryers, bath shower and jacuzzi bath. The tea station had the biggest assortment of snacks and beverages I've ever seen in a guesthouse. The bed. linen and pillows are very good quality. The place is wonderfully peaceful. I will definitely go again!!
