The bathroom was absolutely dirty. Room service was very bad.
I visited this hotel for the first time. I myself am from the hotel line. The way we provide service to the guests, this hotel is not at all suitable for staying. The way they talked to the guests was not right at all.

Good Stay
The property is located near the market and has a direct view of the sea from all the room. The room was clean and the bathroom was also very well cleaned and maintained. The hotel also has its own restaurant and the food was delicious.

Average Stay
The amenties were good but the bathrooms taps were broken and dont trust there complimentary breakfast they have limited option of aloo paratha poha and french fries out of whicj you just need to choose one and with bread and coffee/tea they take hours to serve you that too with very unprofessional staff dont trust there restaurant but the rooms are good

service is not up to the mark as per they charge
service is not up to the mark as per price they charged. even though I have clearly mention about child about their age, hotel management argued for providing extra beds. infact thay want to refuse extra bed and try to make some extra charge. after showing proof in MMT app they were ready to give extra bed. location is good but dont expect even average service

Not as per image and my expectations
Room interrior not exactly shown in images. water leakage from A. C indoor and outdoor unit. food is just ok ok. Colour remove from many places in room. Blanket and bedsheet is also dirty.staff behaviour is good. Location is quite good.

Location is good, good also good, amenities are need to be improved. Morning tea is not available before 8 am. Room services are good. All are cooperative, polite and helpful.

The room was not as per the price paid.... very small room with not even basic amenities like Hot water for bathing, no electric kettle and door lock is old one...

Poor Stay
On first day , they did not provided the good room, cockroaches are there and bathroom tap was broken etc. on second day they changed the room but they are controlling AC from downstairs. Switching off the AC after some times. I called the reception 2 3 times then they started the AC and switched off again in night. Bad service
