Review Of Hotel Rawat Palace

There was some function going on in the hotel. Couldn’t see this properly, NOn AC room at this price point. Who books non AC room now a days… I didn’t stay in this hotel seeing the conditions.

When I met the reception staff, none of them were aware of my booking and they called up the owner. who in return said, "please ask the guest, I don't know anything" This clearly indicates the unprofessional behavior of the owner towards the guest! To my surprise, when I went into the room with a boy, the room was absolutely Dirty with soiled linen and a bedsheet I called up the owner and requested him for a change of room but he denied so whatever is in the platter you have to take it back. I again politely requested him for any other alternate suggestion but he was angry and furious at me and said "My Dad takes care of this property, I don't.so I can't do anything about it. I believe this is the world's most pathetic place to stay in India and if the owner cannot respect his guest, then he can never grow in life.."ATITHI DEVO BHAVA" 🙏 Thank you so much for the pathetic service but my friend you need to respect people who visit your property at least because they are the reason for your bread and butter.

Issue is with cleanness. No food. No amenities.

This hotel very dirty hotel and hotel staff very bad language use so please don't stay this hotel

Worst experience of my life in this Hotel.

Hotel price is competitive to large cities hotels but facilities are very poor. Not Worth price

Not good, night watching security was not responsible.

Bathroom and toilet are so dirty, much mosquitoes and other insects coming through window.

Total waste of money they do not have clean room and bad sheet are so dirty, no room facility and no proper Bath no cleanliness and they are just ignoring us they do not provide any facility and no room service

Poor very bad experience. Please don't book this hotel. Not value for money. Staff behaviour is very rude to the client. Bathroom was stinking at time of check in. Food was so expensive..

Good nice room with good facility. Nice place. Cheap place. Good place to go with friends or with family. It was real fun to stay at this room. The service was also good. It is total value for money.

Four walls, worst bathroom in maximum dirty situation. Tv and cable wasn't working. No water, no chair, no towel ... Infect no proper way to enter so called hotel. Can't think of service there was no one to take care of, not at reception.

Friendly stay in great location. Clean hotel, decent food and good facilities.. Different experience. Overall good. Nice place to stay in Dausa peaceful stay. Probably best location in Dausa.
