The service of this hotel is the worst, there is no dustbin in the room and the phone also does not work, there is no water in the washroom is the worst, the staff lives in attitude, they give rooms on the 3rd floor which does not even have a lift .poor service in Merta City

Sorry for this inconvenience, sir. That was a big mistake that day happened. we are guilty for that and it is bcz of some pipe damage in the water supply. Next time we will be care full for that. Let us give another chance to serve you that time definitely you will get best services
