I am 56 years old last 38 years I am traveling and stayed in n number of hotels, I have never seen such worst stay(hotel) in my life

This hotel is not good for any couple & buisness traveler. Rooms are not good not washroom are not clean & room locked key not use properly anybody dont stay this hotel in future

_2/5 stars_ i'm tanmay arora. Raj mahal's bed was good, but washroom was bad. No water in basin, broken shower, and no water bottle in room. Needs improvement.

Room was not clean and there was no water in the bathroom, neither was the geyser working, the land line phone was not working, black

Cockroaches in the room – I found multiple cockroaches in the room, which is highly unacceptable and unhygienic. Damp rooms – The room had a persistent damp smell and the walls were visibly wet, indicating poor maintenance. Broken tap and rusted basin – The bathroom had a broken tap, and the basin was severely rusted, making it difficult to use. Broken doors – The doors were damaged and difficult to close or lock securely. No working TV – Despite the listing mentioning the availability of a television, there was no functional TV in the room.  Non-functional lift – The lift was out of order, forcing guests to use the stairs, which was especially inconvenient and difficult given the condition of the hotel. Taken for granted Room Service - This lack of service was both inconvenient and frustrating, as I was unable to fully enjoy my stay, especially when staying at a hotel of your reputation. I believe that basic amenities like room service are a fundamental part of the experience, and the absence of it was an unexpected letdown. Water logged bathrooms - I was appalled to find the bathroom waterlogged, with a clogged drain that caused significant inconvenience. Additionally, I discovered dead cockroaches floating in the water, which was both unsanitary and disturbing.
