very good hotel and staff , staff behaviour is so good and nice, food is well cooked and so delicious 😋

Average stay, food not that good but otherwise nice stay.

The room was in terrible shape, the sofas were torn. Bedsheets and pillows were not washed since ages. Blanket was in such a bad shape it smelled. Washroom was not clean either

The stay was nice and the location is near at palampur old bus stand. Special thanks to rajesh kumar who is helped me at midnight for the open hotel main door. Morning breakfast was too delicious. Thanks for making our stay memorable, we recommend it to others.

Bed sheets pillows blanket even curtains are very bad quality. Towels are very dirty

The stay was amazing, ambiance and hospitality view from the room, interior, bed, washroom so hygiene and I will recommend to everyone. It was 5-star experience.

Best stay place by foot walk Palampur bus stop

It was an ok experience. The room service was good. The cleaning of sheet and towel was not satisfactory.

Good location Baijnath and other shrines approachable, good hotel.

The hotel staff is very polite and professional even they helped me for some my personal work as well so thumbs up. In Palampur I will always go for this hotel for stay. And also pocket friendly.
