- fan regulator was not working and was not repaired even after complaining - toilet flush was broken and manually bucket was required to be thrown for it to work. - water was provided very late after arrival. - reception is empty almost always. - room space was too small imo. - roof top restaurant was good and view and location were good but absolutely not worth the 2100 per day spent on this room.

The hotel is few km away from manali, located at a quieter and cleaner place just next to the nag-gar castle. Everything was amazing about the hotel. We ordered a wide range of food from italian, continental to indian, surprisingly all was very tasty and well served. The rooms were clean with no drainage or water issue. There is a liquor store and a bakery in the ground floor of the hotel which are a major plus point. Talking a hotel in nag-gar instead of manali itself turned out to be an amazing experience. This hotel made this trip worth every penny.

I like the view from the hotel but service was poor and rooms were too conjusted and not have a planned breakfast or dinner. Overall had a bad experience
