we stayed in deluxe room location: excellent, hardly few metres from taxi stand & christ church cleanliness: excellent, we stayed 2 days, on day 2 also house keeping cleaned our room & washroom and kept fresh towels & soaps. hot water: geyser is there. water was very hot for bathing even in the cold weather of january. heater: heater was provided @ rs. 300/- per day. view from room: awesome, with full panel of windows on 2 sides showing panoramic view of mountain ranges. security from monkeys: all windows are alternately sealed or grilled, so monkeys cannot enter. restaurant & food: food has to be ordered by 9 pm at night. food can be served in room option is there to dine at hotel restaurant. backside has open terrace with artificial grass & great view, but it was not open when we stayed. quality of food is ok but heritage market has lot of options, we found mom's kitchen the best. service & behavior: everyone is very polite and responsive. on day 2,our electricity supply got disconnected hours before check-out but they immediately provided alternate room for bathing. overall highly recommended👍

The location of hotel r maidens is not correctly mentioned in the google maps maps shows that the hotel is in parvanoo but it is actually 1 hour away from it.

Location is very good, big parking and staff also good behaviour. Food is also very nice and fast service.

We found a cockroach filled bed in an old room, the staff is good and generous they changed our room immediately when we requested it. But the new room doesn't have any geyser for hot water or tv facilities. It has spiders and dust. In briefly the staff is polite and helpful but the property is not maintained at all. If they maintain it properly it could be best to stay with an old times hotel.

Required more variety in snacks and cleaning. Staff help full and food is very spicy expect dal makhni

This hotel is situated at a very beautiful location and the service was too good. Staff were fully cooperative. Overall it was a great experience. The hotels cleanliness surpassed my expectations. One of the best hotel in the kasauli. Best wishes

1. Booked with 2 meal, but there were hardly rice and dal free at hotel. Rest all chageble. 2. No tea/coffee at room. You have to wait till the restaurant start working at morning for your first tea.

Don't have words already described the issue multiple times but no resolution provided till now, request you to update on my complain status with area manager

Taken more money but not good. Bed was not comfortable for 4 guys secondly no hot water
