On arrival at the hotel i found that the condition of rooms was horrible. Following amenities shown on your portal are not available in the rooms: ac, tv, hot water, shower, besides, linens were dirty, rooms stinking and bathrooms also dirty. So i have decided to stay in another hotel. Request cancel my booking and refund the money paid by me.
