Yes , I had great experience with them. The safety at such places is commendable. They welcomed us with such a good behaviour and attitude. The arrangement of food and drinks are excellent. The rooms are well clean and comfortable.

We booked a deluxe room in Regal 77 but the room was so dusty that we requested a room change. The next room was also similar so we had to adjust in that only. The bedsheet was torn & the hand jet in the Washroom was leaking. Water was coming out from the toilet seat after every flush. It was very noisy also. People were drunk and abusing in the next room and in the hall at night we felt unsafe.

Pleasant stay. Property is located on the road. Rooms are spacious, food is good. Hotel staff is very polite an f supportive.

Everything was very good, hotel location and room food, everything was good, staff and manager were so polite to good, my experience was very good.

Hotel staff are supportive, but fluctuations in light are horrible.

Stained bedsheets, unclean room and chairs, washroom was beyond terrible, red stains (possibly blood) in bucket, shower was not working, no hot water, foul smell from the washroom, insects in the room, mattress quality not upto the mark.

The trip was nice specially the maneger behaviour was good one the room were specious but not up to marked as priced

Lizards all around in the room and in the washroom could stay there comfortably very pathetic experience

Overall experience was very good and nice room and staff

The staff is latheragic and have no due care for covid protocol as i found one used mask in the drawer of the hotel room. All the other amenities are on call basis they have not provided on there own. As even the ac remote is not given and at about 1250 hrs i have to ask for it but the room service boy said sir please manage kr lo. Very sorry state of affairs however the building was good but no decency in staff bad show

I stayed with my family hence i booked 2 rooms. Everything mostly was orderly except a few thing but after informing hotel staff things were rectified. Hence no issues. My stay was pleasant n food also was good in in-house restaurant. Much recommend

Location was nice. Staff behavior was good. Room and washroom was fine. Food had no variety, only paratha in breakfast. Service was not that issue only food was not good.

The stay was average. It was a family stay. Breakfast, lunch and dinner served were good.

The hotel is in close proximity to the City. Staff were behaved well. Menu was fulfilling. Cleanliness was fine. Overall an excellent hotel.
