Worst experience I have ever had with this hotel stay, worst welcome No heigene at all, lack of maintenance ants and mosquitos around the bed and, never book it at any cost

Room was good, clean and behaviour of all staff was also good, helpful. Bathroom could be clean more. Overall it was good to stay.

The rooms in this hotel are not clean, nor are the bedsheets clean, nor are they provided with soap or towels. Very poor service

I think this is best bugest room in durg. Washroom is best room is best. And all conditions all so good.

The facilities are good as comparison to pricing.

Facilities like TV is not working properly and please mount LCD on your wall atleast etc.

Location was good, it hardly took 10-15 minutes to reach hotel from Durg junction but service wasn't good, not at all.

Room and bed not clean.

An OK stay for student in less price, nearby a restaurant where you can eat good hygienic food, they provide you RO water.

Average as the hotel having good space in room but the bed sheets were unclean and there was no hygienic maintain in the room and the bathroom have enough space but no hygienic maintain and cooler was working in good condition but with bad odor.

Location is near railway station. Local transportation is easily available to reach hotel from railway station. Food is very good in accordance to the price. Room is well managed and clean. Toilets and bath room cleanliness is very good. Hotel staff is very cooperative in nature. Stay at this hotel was feeling like stay at home.

Housekeeping services should be improved.
