Review Of Hotel Puran Palace ( Pyramid )

As showing in attached picture the hotel was not this level.No hot water facilities in the room and when we as that they give items like toothpaste,saving kit,sleeper and basic things water bottles aslo paid etc. and staff behaviour also not good.

Only thing good about the property is the staff and the food at the pyramid restaurant, other than that its not at all good. Rooms are not clean, washrooms smell.

one of the best feeling I ever had.Mr. Shyam singh was very courteous...he was very caring and took utmost care of us, felt like a family bonding with him..i personally suggest all to visit this superb friendly hotel ,better than any 7 star hotel..hats off regards to shyam singh

The hotel was good, food was also nice but rates appears to be high. No display of Hotel name Hotel Puran & needed to look for it even reached at correct location as per google map.

Food menu price is higher and quality was not upto mark.

Stay was very good, blankets were clean

Was charged extra by mmt. Even confirmed from hotel that they received lesser. Even after complaint, amount has not been refunded.

It is a property for solo trvaller for a business meeting. Property is ok, room service can be improved, staff is good but need to be more professional

Bad experience. Ac not work and room in pics showing do not allotted first time. Then complaint and reallot other room and room service poor

Location is good as it is very near to railway station but the room is very shabby and the washroom was not that clean with old fitting

Very worst experience. Washroom door is broken. When i sleep at night water comes from upper ceilings. No hot water at wash room and wash room is very dirty.

It was a pathetic stay, i don't know on which basis to make my trip given 3. 6 stars. The room was not clean, bed sheets looked like used by someone, pillow cover was dirty, unhyeginc atmosphere, parking was garbage place. Don't visit and don't book hotel from make my trip. It's my last booking from make my trip.

Location is perfect, right in the heart of ambala cantt. Room is not up to the mark, despite booking their best room category. Very unhygienic bedsheets and towels (had to get replaced twice. At night around 1am, a bunch of drunk guys were creating ruckus and noise till 4am in the morning and the hotel staff was pampering them with service of food and snacks. In fact it got down to a full blown flight between the people who were creating ruckus. Very unsafe, unhygienic stay. Nevet recommending to anyone.

Property location near to railway station ambala. Easy to reach within 5 minutes. Breakfast was delicious and service was very good.
