Our room was demoted to deluxe from executive without informing. When i asked they said no executive room available and i have to adjust.

Hotel not cleaned mattress and pillow covers. Towel having mark of earlier user shows clearly, towel are not cleaned properly. Unhygienic environment. Bathroom flush button falls down. Bathroom lights plug broken remains on all the time. Smell of naphthalene balls all over in the room and toilet. Dirty(used) bedsheet and pillow cover

Room cleanness and ambiance was not upto the mark. Room was smelling slightly dirty, which was not pleasant. In-house food facility would be always preferred since hotel itself take responsibility for that service. Food quality could have been better to enhance stay experience
