Review Of Hotel prime land

Stayed for a night with family .service and cleanliness was good breakfast and was also good.the breakfast was not complimentary in spite of it was mentioned

Very neat and clean hotel. Easy to locate. The front reception guy is very helpful.

Location is fabulous as this hotel is within the premises of the kurnool city railway station. Room was well designed, neat and spacious. Service good. More than worth the money i paid. Meals in the restaurant were also authentic ap taste.

We had booked 2 deluxe ac rooms in the month of june'24. The rooms were spacious with an additional dining room ( a surprise) and small things taken care quite well. The check-in and check-out were handled smoothly by the front desk. The bedding & towels were clean. Also the ground floor restuarants serve good breakfast too. The prices were budget-friendly. The small downside is the railway station nearby but we didn't have much of a noise though. Recommended hotel to all visiting kurnool

kurnool is a new place n hv no idea about the place but choosing prime land is the best decision, everything about the place is good n we surely recommend this place to others… 5🌠

Decent hotel, rooms are neat and clean better spacious. Very close to railway station which makes it ideal for travellers. Although customer service and staff are not that great and corridors are not maintained.

This hotel is beside kurnool railway station. Rooms are big in size and you also get study table with chair to work but charging plug points are not available near them. Bathroom is good and big in size. Car parking is in basement of the hotel which can park 5-7 cars. If space for parking is not there you can even park your car on railway station parking area which is just in front of the hotel. There is also restaurant on the ground floor which provides good food. Only thing i didn't like was the air conditioner was not cooling the room enough even if the temperature was set to 18 celsius and fan speed to full, i had to put on the fan to sleep well. In short this hotel is budget friendly and good for staying for short period or if you are travel-ling by car you can take halt in this hotel but only problem is that this hotel is inside kurnool city so you have to go in kurnool city to reach the hotel.

The restroom facility is not good

The room is very good. 24hours hot water and bathroom are also very clean. I am given a rate of 5/5

I would be happy if i can get a room. For 1700 including gst. The location is nice and the hotel is good food is good staff are nice but if i get room for 1700 including gst in mmt i'll go regularly

Vey well located near the station, prompt service, clean large room, good bathroom, excellent food. I would have stayed longer if my tour was not scheduled from before.

Three of us stayed for 1night in suit room. Location of property is beside railway station we hear announcement all the time. Room was filled with cigarette smoke and smell like a cigarette shop. Bed was okay. Bathroom not properly cleaned yellow marks all over ceramics top of that floor was slippery for that they provide rubber mat on bathroom floor. No complimentry breakfast. I paid for suit room and i stayed for less than 12 hr. For booking they aren't allowing for 12hr check in. Staff was not professional busy in watching videos in phone. Totally waste of money. Don't book this

Good hotel and near railway station

It is a pleasure hostel with a good facilities and good support from the staff

The stay was short, they provided timely service and helped us. We we’re doing break journey and we we’re coming from pondicherry. They provided extra water bottles. They provided cutlery for having food. We got from zomato. I forgot my charger, they courier me back. I am so thankful to them

Rooms were really clean and spacious. Staff over there was so helpful. We were facing language issue in south india but hotel staff helped. Hotel is exactly outside railway junction so it’s very convenient to catch train. They have restaurant and food quality was nice

ok. property is good and property management are also good responce. wify and water, and drinking water facility also good and hot water facility good.

Staff not at all capable to run a hotel. I personally called the hotel reception and the ladxy told me that ac dormitory which i booked not good. We may share with 4 more people. They forced to upgrade to go for individual rooms. Keeping my family safety i agreed for 2 individual rooms and told them i am driving and reach there by 12:30 am only. Requested them to inform the staff we will manage doing night. Surprisingly when we reached there at late night staff told me that we are not aware and asked double of the money for individual rooms. I have requested that we have small baby hence need one queen bed room but they provided twin bed sharing rooms only at very high price that what i booked. I can see entire hotel is in the morning. During the booking they told me that free complementary breakfast but the restaurant is very tinny one not agreed to provide free complementary breakfast. Staff also changed there words. Overall i have stayed there few hours paying huge money because i can't go to any other hotel late night without sleep. Left the hotel in the morning. I have stayed multiple hotels in my life from no star to 7 star hotels but never seen this type of hospitality. Totally disappointed and not ready to book

Best for low budget. Near railway station.

Property is close to highway and railway, easily accessible. Room was clean and recommend for short stay
