Hello, we recently stayed at this property and room was good with facilities. Reception guy was like we are giving you the room for free , . I felt bad there. Migth not be everyone's way of thinking but yes next time we migth check for other facilities.

They are encouraging people to take direct bookings so they consider 24 hours occupancy... discount too if not ... they’re not allowed even half an hour too. I requested literally.

Location is good ..adjacent to bus stand..Food is okay and definitely not bad.Coming to room service, staff is polite. Amenities wise, need to improve a bit..Bed bugs are there..Apart from that, overall stay is comfortable .

I had a wonderful stay at Sign Regency Hotel! The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The stay was decent. We requested for a change of room due to some issue and was immediately obliged. One of the downside is there is no one to help carry your luggage from entry to room and vice versa. We only had to do it by ourselves. We did not try the breakfast there as it didn’t seem really appealing so ate outside. For dinner whatever we ordered was good enough. Overall a decent stay in a place such as kurnool.

It was a good experience. Rooms are very good and clean. Will visit again for my sales visit in kurnool.

The rooms were clean and neat. I required an electric kettle, next day morning, for boiling water for having a particular ayurvedic medicine that i take. They said they can’t provide a kettle as it is included in the standard room package i booked (it only available only with executive rooms. I requested them to give me a kettle from any vacant executive room. But they never got back to me. On enquiry, i was told that room service can give boiling water at 0630 hrs, but they gave it only at 0700 hrs, delaying my medicine schedule. For the price they charged me, they should have placed a kettle at least in the room along with some tea/coffee powder etc.

The hotel stay was good. The rooms were neat and tidy and the washrooms were also good. The breakfast buffet while very limited to 2/4 items only is reasonably priced at 184 rupees. The stay ended up being decent, could improve on the pure requests made, i asked for extra bed for all the 6 rooms i had booked but they did not add, luckily that was not an issue because of change in number of occupancy from my family and no extra bed was eventually needed.

They are providing cool drinks in glass, cool drink gass is gone, that's why we're suggesting to please provide pet bottle or glass bottle. I don't have picture

Minimum expected water cattle in room which is not available at least it should be there for hot water and for green tea

The staff starting from reception to house keeping is excellent and their behavior is very polite. The food is very taste.
