BROTHEL NOT A HOTE
Extremely Horrible Management and Cleanliness. NIGHT STAFF TOLD THEY DONT CLEAN THE ROOM AS THE CHECKIN IS AT 11AM AND CHECKOUT AT 11PM. SO JUST DUSTING IS THEIR CLEANING STANDARD THAT DOES NOT INVOLVE CHANGING BED SHEETS. MOSQUITO IN THE ROOM/ LIZARD POOP/ BED BUGS/ ASH TRAY NOT CLEANT FOR MONTHS/ CHEWING GUM ON WALL/ DISGUSTING AND PATHETIC WINDOWS. Definitely not suitable for family as it looks more like a brothel and not a hotel. Definitely I want someone from the trip advisor senior team to contact me

Good Stay
Had a pleasant stay during my trip to bombay. It's very close to railway station and plenty of eateries round. Staff also was nice. It's value for money. Disadvantages what i noticed is some maintenance work going on and when i enter room was open and full of mosquits. But they provided me with good night.

Terrible Stay
I checked in at 1 am in the night but still was kicked out at 11 am at the checkout time despite asking for just an hour extension.

Terrible Stay
solo1. The area is very unsafe for female travellers to stay alone. 2. The door of the hotel room was getting stuck & blocked, i was inside and need to take hotel's staff help to open the door with master key. 3. Was not getting network in the sim cards also. Was feeling truly unsafe and had to leave the hotel for this reason.

Excellent Stay
Hotel Preston is near the Mumbai location station Kurla. The hotel is very tidy and well maintained. Guys at the reception made the check in very hassle free. Very polite and friendly. Very good customer service. Other helpline staff were at a point whenever we needed something. I would definitely suggest this to my friends and will definitely come here whenever I am in Mumbai. Pleasant stay
The hotel is located in a prime spot very close to the east kurla station. Food options are plenty. Mr. Siddique was very kind and accommodating in providing the best room. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
