Review Of HOTEL PRATAP PALACE

First impression is overall hotel and room is very clean now neat. good food, good service, good location, certainly would recommend to stay there.

Neat and Clean Rooms. Location of hotel very accessible........... Parking is not available

The reception staff were friendly and the room was clean, however we had major issues in the restaurant. My wife has had a recent medical procedure and therefore had certain dietary requirements and the restaurant manager said he could understand and there was no need for us to use google translate. She chose what she thought would be the simplest dish on the menu, chicken club sandwich with no mayo and plain fries. When the meal came there was mayo in the sandwich and pepper on the fries. So it was returned and the sandwich came back without mayo but also without fries. She was told the fries would be five minutes. After ten minutes fries were bought out of the kitchen but left on the side behind the counter where upon the serving staff began to help themselves. When we asked about the fries again this plate was then brought to us, half full of fries and cold. We said they were cold and they were then taken back to the kitchen and returned to us hot and soggy. Obviously reheated, probably in a microwave. We have never been to a restaurant where staff help themselves to food and then serve it to the customer. It was disgraceful behaviour.

The hotel is good and the location is also perfect but the staff behaviour is not good they are making fools they delayed my early check-in say that there is no room but in front of me one person came and booked a room

Location - great location. Located right infront of the new bus stand. Can be a con for some people as it's a very busy place. Parking is not secured and right outside the hotel, so that's something to be aware of food - hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor which serves decent enough food. The breakfast spread is also decent. A/c in the restaurant only when they are asked to. Room - the room were spacious and well maintained as the property is only 1 year old. The bathroom and other things were clean. Both the rooms had issues with mini fridge which was changed later when it was pointed out.

Rooms are very clean with all amenities , food is amazing , location is at city centre . Parking place is little congested. Hotel ambiance is excellent

Brand new neat and clean place, good interiors and courteous. Breakfast options were good and fresh. Only downside is on the noise from bus stand

We found hotel pratap palace, jagdalpur was excellent during our stay from 13. 10. 202024 to 16. 10. 2024. The hotel is situated at a very prime location, ambience was excellent. Room was spacious, exceedingly clean and hotel staff was very well behaved and helpful. The bathroom was luxurious. The parking facility was extremely important to us the guard was there to look after the vehicle. There were cc tv camera everywhere. The resturant was worth mentioning and complimentary breakfast was excellent.

Staying in hotel pratap palace during our jagdalpur trip was a nice experience, beyond expectation. Tip top cosy rooms with all amenities, delicious foods in room, proximity to bus station and railway station, one must stay here during round trip to chitrakot, kanger valley national park, kutumsar cave, tirathgarh water falls, which so convent to explore from this hotel.

Excellent experience. Room was well furnished, superb stay experience. Food is wonderful and tasty.

Property is new and up to the standard. People are cordial. Breakfast spread must be improved. There is only one non-veg item that is boiled egg. The average food price of the hotel is very high. Otherwise the location is good, just opposite the bus stand.
